The pandemic has brought great changes to our lives. We are slowly accepting  the reality of this new way of living as it sinks deeper and deeper into our collective psyche. There is a heavy energy of sadness and grief permeating the world, but there is also a great surge of love, light, and hope as people realize what is truly important in this moment.

In this issue of Yogic Living, we offer healing mantras, meditations, kriyas and blogs that speak to the longing to heal ourselves, our loved ones, and our world.

Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Say So Hung: The Ultimate Healing Tool
Practice this healing meditation when you want to send healing energy to a loved one or need healing yourself. "For healing at a distance, this is the mantra. Ra Ma Da Sa Variations 
"People will be attracted to you like the magnet attracts iron. They will ask you for help. They are not asking 'you'’ for help, they are asking your aura to help them. People will reach out to you because they will feel, in the presence of your arcline and aura, some calmness, some quietness where they might get to some rest. Breath Purification and the Navel Energy
This praanayam meditation charges the Navel Center. It balances the lung meridians and increases the flow of healing energy through the hands. As the navel energy is distributed through the nadis, the entire body gets cleansed and regenerated. 

The Mantra for Miracles: Dhan Dhan Ram Das Gur
At times when there is tragedy so great your heart aches with the thought of it, there is only one mantra that comes to mind: the Miracle Mantra, which lives in the realm of the heart and operates on a frequency beyond comprehension.

Pittra Kriya
This kriya is fantastic for releasing stress. It has a long history in India. When people were filled with grief over the death of a loved one or a tragedy of some sort, they did this first exercise standing in a river. Rivers were seen as the flow of life, as sacred and healing. They would toss the water over their shoulder. The yogis knew that the brain had to be restarted, broken out of the frozen state that stress produces. Even if you do this practice without a river and without belief in anything but your own Infinite Self, it works wonders.

Parasympathetic Rejuvenation Meditation with the Gong
The mantra for this meditation is the sound of the gong. As you listen to the gong's sound, it will penetrate every cell and fiber of your body. The entire nervous system is put under a pressure to adjust and to heal itself. The pressure will release the nervous system from many illnesses. Feel yourself ride the sound into the Infinite itself.

Padmani Kriya for Energizing and Healing
This kriya is for women only. It is simple and generates a lot of energy. If there is any area of the body that needs to be strengthened, mentally concentrate on that area while practicing this pranayam. It is a beautiful way to do pranayam.

Meditation to Console 
If you have suffered insult or injury, this meditation will heal, console, and wash away all negativity.

Rejuvenation Meditation
This meditation focuses its effects on the glandular system, the guardians of your health. Its effects are strong enough to help the system fight disease. It does not replace allopathic forms of medicine, but it does open the healing and preventative capacity of your body.

Working the Total Self 
This set is a complete workout of the self. Exercises 1 to 3 build the aura and increase circulation. Exercises 4 and 5 balance the aura and sexual energy. Exercises 6 to 12 stimulate the pranic functions and loosen the spine. Exercise 13 rebalances the entire auric circulation and takes you into a deep meditation that gives you a sense of security and activates your self-healing capacities.

Half Star of David Meditation
Focus at the crown of the head and the flow of the breath. Imagine the healing light which flows with the breath.

Before we can bless others, we must be a clear channel for the Infinite. Any remaining shadows must be swept away so that the clear light of consciousness can shine through.

Meditation to Fight Brain Fatigue and Live Your Excellence
This exercise balances the diaphragm and fights brain fatigue. It renews the blood supply to the brain and moves the serum in the spine. It also benefits the liver, navel, spleen and lymphatic system. Keep the body perfectly still so it can heal itself. Keep the mind quiet, stilling all thoughts.

Listening to Angelic Whispers
This meditation refines the sattvic guna of your mind. Sattvic means pure, true, and balanced, and it represents contentment, joy, peace, and harmony.

Meditation to Learn to Pray
This meditation gives you the experience of prayer. It focuses you on the impact of your vibration, the need to have your whole mind present, and the reality that you are beyond boundary. If you become a crystallized identity, a lens, then the Infinite can focus through you and be as you. That is prayer.

Sodarshan Chakra Kriya
This meditation can purify your past karma and the subconscious impulses that may block you from fulfilling you, and gives you the pranic power of health and healing. It establishes inner happiness and a state of flow and ecstasy in life.

Kriya for Inner Vitality and Stamina
This kriya ends with a short navel meditation for healing that creates the effect of Ang Sang Wahe Guru in every cell of your body.

3 Stroke Breath for Health, Energy, and Radiance
