The Mantra for Miracles: Dhan Dhan Ram Das Gur
At times when there is tragedy so great your heart aches with the thought of it, there is only one mantra that comes to mind: the Miracle Mantra, which lives in the realm of the heart and operates on a frequency beyond comprehension.
This kriya is fantastic for releasing stress. It has a long history in India. When people were filled with grief over the death of a loved one or a tragedy of some sort, they did this first exercise standing in a river. Rivers were seen as the flow of life, as sacred and healing. They would toss the water over their shoulder. The yogis knew that the brain had to be restarted, broken out of the frozen state that stress produces. Even if you do this practice without a river and without belief in anything but your own Infinite Self, it works wonders.
Parasympathetic Rejuvenation Meditation with the Gong
The mantra for this meditation is the sound of the gong. As you listen to the gong's sound, it will penetrate every cell and fiber of your body. The entire nervous system is put under a pressure to adjust and to heal itself. The pressure will release the nervous system from many illnesses. Feel yourself ride the sound into the Infinite itself.
Padmani Kriya for Energizing and Healing
This kriya is for women only. It is simple and generates a lot of energy. If there is any area of the body that needs to be strengthened, mentally concentrate on that area while practicing this pranayam. It is a beautiful way to do pranayam.

If you have suffered insult or injury, this meditation will heal, console, and wash away all negativity.
This meditation focuses its effects on the glandular system, the guardians of your health. Its effects are strong enough to help the system fight disease. It does not replace allopathic forms of medicine, but it does open the healing and preventative capacity of your body.
